Aluminium Sack Trucks

Aluminium sack trucks are very popular as they are lightweight and easily transported. The major benefit of aluminium is that it is lightweight and strong, so that compared to steel you can have the same truck with similar strength but it weighs a lot less. Our aluminium trucks are available in a number of designs, so there is an aluminium equivalent on almost all of our steel sack trucks.

Aluminium trucks are ideal for purposes where the weight of the truck may be an issue, yet without the compromise in strength. Aluminium trucks are well suited for all lightweight applications or for occasional use, such as in the home or the small office where you may only be carrying a few items or something which otherwise would be difficult to manoeuvre. These brilliant trucks can carry up to as much 200kg in some cases.

Aluminium sack trucks are particularly popular when weight is important, we have trucks that are capable of holding up to 150kg, yet weigh less than 10kg, and can literally be lifted with one hand. As an example, a courier would find using a light aluminium truck so much easier than a heavy truck when lifting the truck in and out of the back of their van all day. They also offer the benefit of being more hygienic than steel trucks meaning that they can be used in clean environments such as for food preparation.

We have a wide range of aluminium sack trucks, with both pneumatic and solid wheel options, as well as trucks with either a folding toe plate or a fixed toe plate. We also stock a number of folding aluminium trucks, which fold very small meaning they can easily be carried by anyone or stored in the boot of your car. So whatever your application there is an aluminium sack truck that would be suitable for you.

Customer Testimonials

  • "Lightweight and strong were the criteria I used to choose this truck. I've had steel trucks in the past but getting it in and out of the back of my van all day is tiresome. Aluminium is much lighter and perfect for what I need; it doesn't rust either, so I'm expecting it to last for years."
